I went in terrified and the doctors and nurses were so kind and comforting and took the time to make sure I understood everything that was going on.
I just wanna recognize Christina Hunt RN. She is an amazing talented experienced, and skilled RN. Even though she is busy with very sick patients of her own she always and consistently is there helping other nurses with their patients. She always has an upbeat and caring attitude.
I wish they would just tell you it's a waste of time to come in before you do instead of making you sit there and not address your concerns or explain anything. I feel I should elaborate. I went in because I inhaled a piece of insulation. Watched it go in my mouth, felt it go in my lung. Coughed for ten minutes straight drank four bottles of water. The desk guy was great. The triage nurse was ok. I got a flu test right away. Got an X-ray. I saw the nurse once when I got there and then when I discharged. I saw the doctor long... read more
