I had a wonderful experience starting and the front desk! I broke a tooth last night and was having a lot of pain. I was referred to the clinic by a friend and glad I went.... Everyone involved with my care was attentive and kind. My tooth extraction was explained in detail from sounds I may hear to pressure I may feel. The team kept me pain free and checked on my well being throughout the process...
You call about a follow up appointment and they never call back, I even called from January for a appointment for my child they told me they would call me when it opened a spot in August and never called back while the care is great props to dentist and students the staff are of no help never pick up the phone, never return calls, why bother leaving a voicemail when no one calls back and the message on their about their offices being closed is so old it is not use our offices will be closed September it's November now why do... read more
I went to this Student Dental clinic after I had been turned down by 3 other dentist. They simply said it was too complicated. I went in at 6:45 am for this lottery thing and there were seven people waiting that day and all seven were seen and treated. The charge you agree to is $205. For xrays, consultation, and 1 tooth extraction. However my problems were more extensive and the dentist that treated me was Jon and his assistant. He pulled the 1 tooth as per the $205 agreement. Unfortunately I had a horrible experience these people are a waste of time because at the end they tell you about payments as if some people got money to pay like them.
