I have been seeing Dr Mora in this office for approximately 5 years. I was scheduled for a procedure two months ago. The day before the procedure, the surgery office calls to ask what procedure I was being scheduled. Shortly after that, the doctor's office manager called to ask the same question. As if this didn't leave me feeling uneasy, a few minutes later I got a call from the doctor himself asking the same question. Are you kidding me? I love the Drs and staff here. Excellent service.
After 5 years I can say this is honestly one of the WORST drs office/primary office you could ever go to. They are here for a job not here to know their patients. The amount of times I’ve left feeling completely unheard or disrespected is beyond me and my mental health. I would never recommend this office to anyone.

My wife cannot speak English and she tried to ask for a translator. We were able to use that service at Women's health. However, the staff who worked at the Lab ignored my wife. My wife tried her best to use English and asked her if she could speak a little bit slower but then, she spoke more loudly and faster, which seems like threatening my wife. She even told my wife "Can you read my name? My name is ***." My wife is crying in front of me for a while, and I had to report this problem everywhere I could report. I am so dis... read more
