Not high quality service. The audiologist missed the fact that the patient had dementia - just did not read the chart, and the patient was already a patient in the UF health system, so she should have had access to the chart. When a dementia patient says she would not like to wear hearing aids, or take her medicine, what you usually do is work with the patient to improve compliance so they do take their medications and hopefully do better.
