I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from the UF Health Sleep Study Clinic. Despite visiting on June 23rd for a sleep study, I was sent home with equipment and instructed to return it the next day. Contrary to my initial expectations, the study was not conducted in the hospital, and I was required to take the equipment home. 25 MINUTES TO GET THROUGH ON THE PHONE AND THE STAFF IS SUPER RUDE.

I had a little trouble finding parking, but that's life in the big city. As soon as you enter the building, you are greeted by a friendly people. And then when you get to the front desk, the people that are very friendly to have never seen it very busy there and been there. Several times so you don't sit in a lobby for hours. My doctor was very friendly and and formative. Just as the people were at the front desk. Now I am waiting for a follow-up appointment, but it has to be changed for insurance purposes. Dr. Le is an exceptional provider. After dealing with sleep issues for so long, it was such a relief to have an appointment with a provider who was so thorough in getting the full picture of what has been going on. She took her time to explain her treatment plan in detail. I could tell she truly cared and would do everything she could to help get to the bottom of my sleep problems, and treat my symptoms. I am so grateful that she is my provider.
