I had a little trouble finding parking, but that's life in the big city. As soon as you enter the building, you are greeted by a friendly people. And then when you get to the front desk, the people that are very friendly to have never seen it very busy there and been there. Several times so you don't sit in a lobby for hours. My doctor was very friendly and and formative. Just as the people were at the front desk. Now I am waiting for a follow-up appointment, but it has to be changed for insurance purposes. Dr. Le is an exceptional provider. After dealing with sleep issues for so long, it was such a relief to have an appointment with a provider who was so thorough in getting the full picture of what has been going on. She took her time to explain her treatment plan in detail. I could tell she truly cared and would do everything she could to help get to the bottom of my sleep problems, and treat my symptoms. I am so grateful that she is my provider.
Horrible customer service. I have severe sleep Apnea with both obstructive and central apnea. Without my machine I could literally die in my sleep. My machine failed last night and I reached out to them for help. Just needed them to send my prescription over to BiPap provider so they could get me another machine. The condescending woman there refused to do so unless I schedule a whole new sleep study with them which would takes weeks before I get my machine. They literally are risking my life for the sake of getting billable... read more
Get their 1hour early cause you would drive around to find a parking spot smh. Or pay Valet parking is around dollars.
I had a excellent experience with Dr Loan Le and the medical assistant Courtney Jimmar they were fantastic And very knowledgeable and thorough. I recommend anybody Who has problem sleeping? Definitely make an appointment. They will take care of you.
