Have been waiting to see a provider (Elizabeth Courtney Wilhem) for months. My appointment kept getting rescheduled due to “unexpected scheduling conflicts”… not really sure how we can see conflicts months in advance but whatever. What a clown show they cancel every appointment. If I was to cancel they'd be complaing .Go somewhere else. What a freaking unprofessional office.
My last doctor, Lowry, left the practice a many months ago. I was told that since I am a long term patient that my medication would continue to be prescribed. One week before I saw Dr. Presti he said that he would not keep prescribing my RLS medication until he saw me. I ran out of medication. So, that was the first week without sleep. Before you book an appointment, please read!! I initially planned to wait on the issue, but after several months without a response, I hoped this could serve as a precaution for others. October 2024 - The front desk staff was very friendly, however I am currently facing financial complications.
