Appointment at 2 pm. It’s 5:53pm and just getting started. Kid’s screaming in the lobby so loud that it’s very Annoying. Is this really a hospital? Why doesn’t the person at the desk have the parents take the child out and explain this situation. Further, why are these people not even paying attention to their kids. This world is a mess. The next generation is one I’m glad I won’t see as adults.
Been at the north tower twice. The first time was a total nightmare! Rude nurses nobody knew what was going on and it was just a big mess. Three months later I went back for another procedure and things have not changed! I will stick to the south tower! The north tower nurses don’t care about you or your well-being! I have nothing positive to say about anybody at the north tower. They might have better equipment but They need to replace the whole staff.
