A lot of complaints in the reviews. Everyone wants to be the center of attention but unfortunately the hospital has to prioritize the most critical cases and they have to wait for space to open up from existing patients . Yes we waited 9 hours before getting into the ER but they were at capacity we were in a stable situation. Doctors and nurses were very knowledgeable and kind. They took me in immediately for an extremely severe allergy attack (couldn’t breathe, hives etc). They didn’t put me in a bed, instead they put me in a chair and when I passed out and started vomiting, very little was done. Once I was half conscious, they gave me a vital check before leaving me dazed and confused in a chair in the middle of the room. No privacy curtains, no call button, no check ins after I passed in and out consciousness for what seemed to be around 1.6 hours. They did nothing aside from an IV injection of ... read more
Great atmosphere and employees were cool!
Go anywhere else. 12 hours of being disregarded and then sent home with absolutely no help for obvious issue. Have to go somewhere else to get treatment now. Blood on floors and surfaces that they just leave there! Someone else’s blood was on the table while they took mine aggressively and spilled my blood right onto the same table. Probably put someone else right there next. A few staff members were nice, but powerless. Most were disrespectful. Asked one question and got an immediate overly confrontational response.
This has been by far THE WORST experience I’ve ever had at a hospital. Went in with my boyfriend who had severe back pain and could barely move and they made us wait insane amounts of hours, we got here at 9:30 pm and left at 4:30 am after not even finishing with his evaluation and treatment, but we had to get up and leave since the people at the front were treating us awfully and not giving us any answers on how long did he had to keep waiting.
