Very clean and comfortable hospital. Awesome staff, very friendly and polite staff.
In the emergency room my husband was on hold for 12 hours waiting to be attended to and they did not attend to him there were many people in very bad conditions and they did not attend to them it is a terrible hospital if you come to the emergency area they will let you die without taking care of you
Sat here for hours for a broken foot and they aren't busy at all. They completely forgot about me to where I and other patients had to order our own xray for ourselves. I shouldn't have had to order one for myself and i shouldn't have had to sit here for 6 hrs for an xray and a damn boot! Its a damn same. Get it together shands!!
Shands has been amazing to me. Diagnosed with cancer. They take amazing care of me and I couldn’t ask for better doctors they make sure to do all my scans and see my doctor in a timely manner since i travel 6 hours. I don’t have to wait for test results. Definitely recommend Shands
