Please believe the 1-star reviews that you see on here. UF Health is a poorly run institution, and whoever heads up the Rheumatology department should be removed. The staff is unhelpful and rude, and concerns are never addressed. If you have any sort of concern, they won’t hesitate to tell you to find a different practice to go to rather than helping you solve any issues. UF Health really capitalizes off of being the only research-based hospital in the surrounding area, so customer service and bedside manner are not a concer... read more

Everything UF In Gainesville its the worse medical services. also they never answer phone calls, not even my pharmacy can't get in contact with the Dr. Office. Best Thing I did was moved out of Gainesville!
