Absolutely love the therapists and the PT we received when my son was an infant, and then the OT services we've received from two different therapists. I'm very concerned about the shady changes the manager is making. We are billed a very high rate for 45 minutes. Now they are changing their practices for the same billing but only 30 minutes of service. I understand the need to potentially cut down on appointment times and seeing more clients, but charging the same amount is egregious.
It has been months now and I’ve been waiting for an appointment to open up, I’ve called and still haven’t gotten anything scheduled. Then I get a call today to let me know they’re still working on it… what exactly are y’all working on because it isn’t scheduling an appointment.
Never answer the phone
The staff here are all angels. Melanie at the front desk, is always kind and welcoming. Ms. Lo is an incredible therapist who you can truly tell has a passion for helping children. She is a gem. I have watched her collaborate with other therapist on the best course of care for my child and all the therapist have been helpful and kind. My daughter looks forward to her time with Ms. Lo. We also saw Ms. Kim for a tongue tie issue and she was the best. Very grateful for everyone here.
My experience was not great. Front office staff were majority of the time great. My son was diagnosed Autistic by developmental pediatrician. We were sent for ST and OT. The wait list for speech is absolutely rediculous… didn’t get into ST til over a year later! By then there was no point! The OT Naomi Rochelle Steele bullied my son who wasn’t even 2 yet into sitting at a table to eat. She would huff and puff and get annoyed because he would elope from the table.
