The one star is for the front office staff, they are terrible. Rude, condescending and seriously unprofessional. Always on their phones or fiddling with their disgusting false eyelashes. If they don't like their job then quit! Seriously, they need to stop hiring affirmative action people! The physical therapists are wonderful. Get rid of the front office staff, maybe hire some professionals out front and it would be a lot better.
When the address was entered it took me across town. When name only entered I finally found uf health. Nice place, clean staff friendly, The receptionist was unpleasant and not helpful at all.
The very first visit I was Not greated with a kind receptionist. Very rude and she was on her phone with personal business. Thank God I stayed and was greeted by Farah Malik and was greeted kindness. Been a year with her and I THANK GOD AND THIS PRACTICE for the care I am receiving. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND but just understand the receptionist isn't any better SAD but the therapist are terrific.
