My 1st thought as we were pulling up is WHERE ARE ALL THE HANDICAP PARKING SPACES?? Having only 4 outside the front doors is not adequate. Get rid of the many permits parking spaces and add some for handicap (just saying) The 1st impression is the strongest and the overflowing trash can out front was disgusting 🤢 all the garbage and flies 🪰. Once inside it was clean 🧼 and nice wait time was minimal ⏱️and staff once past the front desk was great. Nice little coffee ☕️ shop and subway on base floor. Busy busy place with ... read more

I was treated terribly for an ultrasound. I walked in and felt judged by every employee in the office. From the person who was at the front desk to the person who performed my ultrasound. They were very brunt in the way they spoke and were condescending. I told the technician that I was in pain and she disregarded what I said and continued to further disregard my feelings. I wouldn’t trust my frog to be taken care of here. She did no communication and just told us to leave after she was done.

I have been a few times. They are always nice and helpful. I've never had to wait longer than maybe 5 minutes. I would recommend them!!

Male lab tech or supervisor (whatever his title, all I know is he was tall with a shinny head) was a bully to me when I suggested that the sanitizer they were using on the front counter ( which had to be applied with gloves in between every patient) was so strong it was causing sore throats and headaches to many of the patients in the waiting room, myself included. This is the third time my daughters appointment was not met. We stayed almost an hr past her scheduled appointment time and the technician was incredibly rude when I asked why we were kept waiting and then she denied my daughter her appointment because she used the bathroom. Of course she used the bathroom after waiting almost an hr past her scheduled appointment time! I will never use this radiology clinic again. I honestly feel as if UF health has little to no disregard for their patients!
