Absolutely agree with the 1-star ratings. In 21 days, we are no where. Received a phone call after 7p one evening from the Nuclear Medical Dept to schedule my Dad's much needed scan (per his neurologist) and cannot get anyone to call us back. Left voicemails and messages with radiology but Nuclear Medicine makes their own schedule and they can't help. It is beyond frustrating! If I could give them less than a 1, I would. My doctor sent them a Rush order for a Heart PET scan and I've gotten different answers from different people. They've had a STAT order for 15 days and have done nothing with it. I don't even know if they understand what the word STAT means, they think it means sit on it and maybe the patient will go away, I guess.
My doctor ordered a scan a week and a half ago. Crickets. I have called and left several messages. Still crickets. I would not suggest this place in an emergency.
