I admitted myself on 5-28-2026. I had been in a severe state of depression since mid December. This is one of the best mental facilities you can get help from. They will not let you leave untill you feel better, they medicated me, gave lessons on boundaries, anger management, we read poems, did music therapy, worksheets and games aswell as plant therapy and animal therapy. (got to take a plant home) there were fidget toys and puzzles and i never felt unsafe in the facility because of their guidelines/rules. Time IS constant. Time is no more complex than speed or distance, and gravity affects none of the three. All three are abstract. Gravity does not affect numbers or alphabets. (forget about "clocks" think "numbers"). Gravity does not affect math or words. All abstract. Ideas are not controlledby gravity. Nurse Valree Smilek on the West unit is an absolute disgrace and give nurses a bad name, that is my experience with her. I am currently in the process of filing a formal complaint to the board of nursing still but wanted this to be seen. She is a rude, mean and nasty old nurse who accused me of having something I did not. In turn, this caused me to be strip searched and have all my clothes searched by the two security guards.
