After weeks of leaving messages and not getting called back is unprofessional. The scheduling team really needs better coaching. Very hard to reach this practice
I really really like the care my pops get from Dr. K for these last two years and sad to hear that he is leaving. I am giving 4 Stars only because last week I was baffled to see a provider from Advent working there. How many times are you guys going to change?
Dr. Kretsch & his team are amazing! They are compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend them!
I used UF/ Shands in Jacksonville with chemo for bladder cancer. I was to have 8 treatments, but I walked out after 3 and went to the only hospital in Jacksonville..MAYO CLINIC!!! UF/Shands was a zoo, like the circus here at Advent...UF medical school in Gainesville is rated last in 50 medical colleges in the USA.
I have been going to Dr. Kretsch for a few years, since he took over the practice from my previous doctor. Dr. Kretsch is great. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and questions. He does not treat you like a number, but like a person that matters. I am happy to have him as my doctor.
