Came here, they sent me for an X-Ray. I have cervical degenerated disc C3-C6, they also have my MRI of my upper left back where I have a spur and I'm in constant pain in my arm, neck and back. These doctors won't give me a doctor's note for my job to minimize my work hours or even work days, they haven't even given me no kind of pain relief of anything.
