I think the older nurses that worked 10/6/2025 on the morning shift should not gossip so loudly about patients when their rooms are close to the nurses station. I do understand they are older and hearing not top notch but bear in mind peoples feelings. Pediatric Observation Unit
Appointment was made and book OVER a month ago and today is the Friday before the Monday appointment. We received a call today that they are not taking new patients ?!?! Shouldn’t that have been discussed BEFORE the appointment was booked and not wait until literally the day before to tell us ?! BEYOND unbelievable !! Time wasted we could have been seeing another facility !
Staff is rude, they lie, they do not take accountability for own actions. And they will ensure to call dcf and have child removed even when the hospital is in the wrong. Do not ever go here. Oh and they will make your child lay and scream in pain for hours with no pain medication.
Great experience. Employees are all so professional and experienced. The physician very thorough. Thank you to the tech who placed the cast. My daughter absolutely loves the color and sparkles.
