The front desk,nurses and doctors were fantastic. They saw my baby in and out. Got her into an ER bed quickly and triaged and assessed her. They made my baby feel welcome in that short visit. Thank you so much. My baby came in with a fever and cold and reassured me in that she was going to be okay and to continue with supportive measures.
I'll start by saying, the staff is very nice. They dealt with this anxious,tired mother very well. They seem to be a bit disorganized though. Lack of communication maybe? It took alot longer than it should have for my son's broken arm to be fixed. They did manage his pain as best as they could. But had it been fixed sooner, he wouldn't have required so much pain meds. Took a minute to get in as front desk didn’t really care we had a protocol letter. But the ER nurse and doc were very frustrated they didn’t get us back immediately. The doc and nurses were very helpful and friendly.
My son has a fever and they didn't even take his temperature. Waited over and hour and no help was assigned to us.
