Cafeteria staff are lazy. I asked to get a personal pizza with 2 toppings instead of 1. Was told they can't do that. I know thats a lie cause other staff have done it before and make it fresh when its not available. Today home girl was to busy talking to her friend to be bothered to do what she's paid to do. No sweat off my back, I'll save my money. Company needs better employees though.
My son recently went here for an illness and the doctors, nurses, and other staff truly went above and beyond. We are so grateful for the care we received. They were thorough, thoughtful, and very knowledgeable. Thank you!
The worst Please ever literally took six hours for a CT scan did nothing for us at all
We had a great experience at this ER. My son had bleeding after his circumcision and I was able to video chat with a doctor over the phone before being told to come in. I live in Ocala, so this was really helpful to be able to do and not just have to drive over an hour to see if he even needed to come in. The doctor gave instructions over the phone to help slow down the bleeding and said he would be waiting for us when we arrived. We were quickly checked in, triaged, and put into a room. You sit there forever. Someone will walk in after you and say their kid has an ereache and is taken back next while you have a toddle sitting there that was there before you bleeding from his forehead. We have been here 2 hr already and the bleeding toilet is still sitting here and the earache long gone.
