The worst Please ever literally took six hours for a CT scan did nothing for us at all
We had a great experience at this ER. My son had bleeding after his circumcision and I was able to video chat with a doctor over the phone before being told to come in. I live in Ocala, so this was really helpful to be able to do and not just have to drive over an hour to see if he even needed to come in. The doctor gave instructions over the phone to help slow down the bleeding and said he would be waiting for us when we arrived. We were quickly checked in, triaged, and put into a room. You sit there forever. Someone will walk in after you and say their kid has an ereache and is taken back next while you have a toddle sitting there that was there before you bleeding from his forehead. We have been here 2 hr already and the bleeding toilet is still sitting here and the earache long gone.
Waiting in the lobby for 3 hours with fever 103F actually vomiting and no one can tell when my child will be seen… we can die here and no one will notice- no one checks vitals- just dumped us here … it use to be good place to bring your child… not safe anymore
