Waiting in the lobby for 3 hours with fever 103F actually vomiting and no one can tell when my child will be seen… we can die here and no one will notice- no one checks vitals- just dumped us here … it use to be good place to bring your child… not safe anymore
Saved my daughters life on more than one occasion
Blown away by the facilities and staff here. The level of care is excellent and everyone’s bedside manner is catered to children and parents. I would recommend this ER to anyone and feel confident my child will be given the best care here. Thank you UF Health!
I took my daughter here on September 5 2025 it was 4:30/5am when we arrived due to a very concerning rash that was spreading on her body as we sat there it only grew. The “attending” started googling things a the rash and GUESSED a diagnosis. I had to walk out the room once to go look for the “attending” to bring her back for more concerns due to it spreading into her mouth and’s having throat pain etc as we sat there.
