This lab on Emerson has been closed since Christmas even though it is still listed as open. Took 40 minutes in pouring rain to get there and no lab. Someone working in building said the lab moved to Deerwood so drove there and no lab.......UF health is thePitts. Glad I'm moving out of town..
Been going there for years. And easy to get to fast and friendly Hate to see that they are moving I will miss them it
Very short waits. Very nice staff. Much preferred over Quest. After work hours sure would be 5 stars but otherwise great.
Website said they open at 7am. I got here at 715am with 2 senior ladies with disabilities to find that they were closed and opens at 8am. The tech was very rude and unprofessional. Popping her gum really loud and closed the door as I was talking to her. She asked a question and then cut me off while answering it. "Yes or no" is all I need. She said. Smh... really? What professional medical center does that??
I have UF health insurance through my husband's job and unfortunately I have to drive all the way to this location because there's only 2 labs. This lab is so tiny, I wouldn't consider it having room for waiting. When I went it was packed and understaff, only one lab lady who was great. UF health needs to invest in quality. I miss having my other insurance where I could go to nice labs, like labcorp, etc.
