Horrible, lack of care, not heard. Staff at both ufs ocala and gainesville are very dismissive towards patients

I tore my meniscus over a year ago (now), and my motto has always been "get up, rub some dirt in it, and continue on." While I could have rubbed dirt in it, but I could no longer continue on. Enter Dr. Reside. He worked with me as he knew I didn't want surgery. He gave me several choices, pros and cons of each, and let me make a well-informed decision. I took my father here a month ago, he had an appointment. We arrived early and checked in, only to notice everyone else was being seen and taken back. We assumed they were busy, but after about an hour and a half I went back up to the check in and reminded them about my fathers appointment- it seemed they had just checked us in then and there only to wait another thirty minutes to be seen. It would have been fine except for their front end receptionist Nisey. When I went for my visit she was rude. I thought she was just having a bad day. Today I called on the phone I couldn't understand her because she did not speak clearly. When I asked her to repeat it she screamed over the phone. Two encounters both negative. What a shame every other person in that place is top notch. Many other people with a friendly personality and actually seem like they want to work will step right in. Get rid of her
