Best ER experience ever! Was able to call ahead and get an appt with Dr. Tran! Kind and courteous technicians did the xray with care and compassion. If you have to go to an ER for orthopedic problems, I highly recommend this excellent facility!
It is worth an hour drive to get to the facility unfortunately I 75 consistently has major accidents. Today was a Mac truck with the rig caught on fire 60% of it. I’m stuck in traffic for an hour and they still took care of me. I did call and make them aware
I called about a broken finger and’s requested a surgical consult with the hand surgeon. I was told on the phone I would be seen by the hand surgeon. Then I got there and confirmed again that I was seeing the hand surgeon. Then they made me wait 3.5 hrs past my apt time and they sent me in with the PA!!! She was confused about why I wasn’t seeing the surgeon. It was a huge waste of time horrible place. Do not recommend.
Great experience here this morning. Thought I had twin baker's cysts behind my knees, but after some x-rays, ultrasound and direct questions, it's something else and they prescribed a pain cream that's awesome. Going to bed without aching knees tonight!
