Let me say how amazing this place is first off when I went inside I was so nervous then I was greeted by the kind receptionist Nelda she must have have known I was nervous she struck up a conversation with me asking what I do for AdventHealth then she offered me a water I’m so grateful they have people like that in the front helped me calm down before I saw the doctor
Both the Nurse Beth, and Dr. Tankson are both compassionate, professional, caring and concerned health care providers, unlike the “factory” I was run through at the xx “Institute” in Ocala, where I was treated as a number to be billed for, and as if they couldn’t care less. I wasn’t even assessed hands on, nobody assessed my ROM, asked what my pain level was, or asked what my pain levels were.
