I hear the practice is very good which is why we were trying to schedule here. We had to schedule our appointment six months in advance, then they had to move an appointment, so it was 2 years of trying to schedule the appointment. Now as the care giver for both my cancer and Alzheimer's parents, I did not receive any of the text that do not have to be confirmed and missed the appointment. I had retina exam. Was very good service short wait. Only problem with them is long lead time for appointment
The system and the service of this facility is outrageously bad.
The keep calling to reschedule my sons appointment because the doctor is not gonna be there but then tell me I have to wait 6 months to be seen. Mind you it’s all ready been a year I been trying to get in since they rescheduled my sons appointment multiple times
