Not happy with this location. We waited 3 hours and people before us were waiting 6+ hours. I came in practically bleeding out and there was sense of urgency. I know this probably comes from a staffing issue but it’s still disappointing. We had to leave and drive an extra 15 minutes while I was in extreme pain to Baptist in Wildlight. They saw me as soon as I walked in once I explained how severe my situation was. No matter the emergency I will drive further to them instead of going here.
They deserve a zero HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HOSPITAL. There ALL RUDE DON'T CARE IF YOU LIVE OR DIE. AND MEAN. Very sad and horrible. There was no communication between nurses doctors it was horrible!
Quite simply, this place operates with a mindset that is completely unhealthy—unaccommodating toward the sick and utterly lacking in empathy for the patient. I went to my appointment with the neurosurgeon, who decided to send me to the ER for an MRI because it would be faster, as he wanted to determine the severity of my condition. Sat here for 4 hoirs and watch 13 people leave the ER Nd they didn't even cycle one perdon back. Sat there joking and walking back and forth being very unprofessional and woulf be rude to people asking how long thw wait is.
The on duty doctor, nurse and CT technicians were awesome. Wait Time: 1h Care: Outstanding Cleanliness: Good Busyness: 4-6 people in the lobby I believe that most of the 1 star reviews on this emergency room is due to the specific process that this emergency room follows. If you are not on their list of emergencies and should have went/waited to go to urgent care then you will be waiting until everyone that is on their list for an emergency is taken care of.
