The WORST emergency room ever. I literally sat in this emergency room for almost 3 hours with a sick child complaining of breathing problems. My child sat and coughed for almost 3 hours with no help. I don’t care if I stay next door to this facility I will never come back and I’ll be sure to let everyone else know the same!!!
It’s really sad check in at 12:27AM And it’s 4:42AM And haven’t been seen yet what the hell is the world coming to where hospital workers take forever to see someone every nurse in emergency room to be suspended or something just sorry someone gotta be dead in the waiting room to be seen
Not happy with this location. We waited 3 hours and people before us were waiting 6+ hours. I came in practically bleeding out and there was sense of urgency. I know this probably comes from a staffing issue but it’s still disappointing. We had to leave and drive an extra 15 minutes while I was in extreme pain to Baptist in Wildlight. They saw me as soon as I walked in once I explained how severe my situation was. No matter the emergency I will drive further to them instead of going here.
They deserve a zero HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HOSPITAL. There ALL RUDE DON'T CARE IF YOU LIVE OR DIE. AND MEAN. Very sad and horrible. There was no communication between nurses doctors it was horrible!
Quite simply, this place operates with a mindset that is completely unhealthy—unaccommodating toward the sick and utterly lacking in empathy for the patient. I went to my appointment with the neurosurgeon, who decided to send me to the ER for an MRI because it would be faster, as he wanted to determine the severity of my condition.
