If I could give ZERO stars I would. Spent a total of 13 hours in the ER!!! Already unacceptable. My husband came in with horrendous back pain, he’s had back issues for years but in recent months it’s gotten worse. He’s had multiple MRI’s done and they all show that he has real problems; double scoliosis, lumbar hypertrophy and a possibility of something else. We showed up around 9 PM. Didn’t get a bed until midnight. He got tests done; blood draw, urine and MRI. We waited 4 hours with no updates. I hit the call button THREE ... read more

I've been bragging about my experience visiting the ER the other day. I'm disabled, walking from the parking lot to the door a medic saw me then brought a chair out then pushed me inside. Getting checked in was a snap. I'm just going to say. GOD bless to the doctor who treated me and to her staff of people with her. Everyone was friendly and respectful.
I thank you from the bottom of my heart to the top the ER doctor that treated my husband today was very nice and helpful to him and me today I had to hold back tears because it's so hard to get male's in to see a doctor as it is and he has anxiety so bad and the thing she spoke on to him help me and it seem to help him after leaving there I thank the ER reception in front also thank you for all you do UFHEATH for helping R JOHNSON
