They do not do anything they say they do or talk to there staff don't know phone or who to talk to or how to go about thing suesette I guess how you say her name the Manger over idk what she lies to insurance rep when called out on what they have done and not done in months all the doctors that I've been sent out to under uf health care has not been not been enough to tand for what they say they are they should have to take down the recording
More than once I have experienced the call center staff not writing what I ask them in a message. My messages are then sent and ignored! I have been calling all week about a refill that I keep getting told was sent to my pharmacy but was actually denied to refill, why I haven't a clue! Now I won't have medication needed to control my seizures and I keep calling saying please let me speak to someone in the office tell them to call me but no response
