After having trouble at two other labs (one non-UF and the other more than an hour wait), I took my teenager to the lab at UF to get a blood draw and finish our day. The phlebotomist was quick and gentle and did an excellent job of not traumatizing my teen. And there was zero wait. Two thumbs up for the wait and the process.
