I have labs drawn twice a week and could not be happier with the service. The staff is polite, professional and proficient. The wait times are minimal, even when busy. I drive a little over a half hour to get there because even with the drive it is faster than using the labs in my area. More often than not my results are available before I get home. I saw another review complain about outrageous parking fees when the fact of the matter is they will give you a voucher, as will every other department in the hospital, for free ... read more

We had an exceptional experience. I arrived with my two children needing quick lab work before a Radiology appointment downstairs. The woman at the front, whose name I unfortunately don't recall, had a charming hairstyle reminiscent of Erykah Badu in the early 2000s. She efficiently and swiftly got us in, drew blood seamlessly, and my kids didn't even flinch. Her kindness and pleasant demeanor, along with her staff, truly brightened our day. My doctor told me to leave his office and go get lab work he had sent down to them and the girl at the desk said it was a test for Quest and they couldn't draw it, I also had labs to be drawn from Lab Corp and they said they couldn't draw it either. I live over an hour away and it is difficult for me to get back and forth to the hospital. Several other customers /patients older than I am and know they have difficulty getting to the hospital was also turned away. The excuse given was because of the holidays.
