This lab is amazing, the staff that opens in the morning has an amazing spirit and a gentle hand. Her name is Shan just look for the Mickey all the girls are great and they have amazing music and make the lab draw fun and exciting!
Great girls working there! They have good energy , good music and all very polite! “The girly with the bow” lol had a very good calm presence. I am a very difficult stick and she was very confident and made things very smooth !
The staff here are always so kind, professional, and answer all my questions. I always choose to have my labs drawn here. It is convenient too, being close to my primary care physician and other great specialists.
The lab is always chaotic, unorganized and staff rude. I was called back and the music was blaring, and very explicit, and inappropriate for a professional setting. The girl drawing my blood was unprepared and spent the first 5 minutes not speaking to me at all, in awkward silence as she continued to text on her phone. Finally when she was done texting, she turned her attention back to me. Leilani just messed up BOTH arms and couldn't get enough blood. Next time I'll sit for HOURS at Springhill. Horrible experience.
