They were so rude and I felt so uncomfortable I had to actually leave. The person drawing my blood grabbed my arm unexpectedly at one point and yelled at me to relax. I've never had a more awful experience getting my blood drawn. I was feeling vulnerable anyway because I'm a little bit queasy and this person kept snapping at me and rolling her eyes. I'd expect a modicum of kindness or at least gentleness in this situation.

This lab is amazing, the staff that opens in the morning has an amazing spirit and a gentle hand. Her name is Shan just look for the Mickey all the girls are great and they have amazing music and make the lab draw fun and exciting!
Great girls working there! They have good energy , good music and all very polite! “The girly with the bow” lol had a very good calm presence. I am a very difficult stick and she was very confident and made things very smooth !
