I am so happy that I found this practice. They are all very caring, polite, patient and understanding. I absolutely love the atmosphere and the music they play every day. They feel welcome and not like a number, not a bother. Sara is my fave. She is such an amazingly caring sweetheart. She will go above and beyond to help you and show you how much you truly matter. I actually look forward to seeing her again. You can fully have faith and trust in this practice & Dr. Perez. God bless you all.

Dr Oscar Perez and the staff are amazing, I will totally recommend it in the Summerfield, Fl area.
Dr. Perez Gutierrez in SummerField, Fl is amazing. A really good doctor. Listens to you, pays attention to what you say, thoroughly examines you and thoroughly discusses plan of care and possible treatment. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good PCP. The Office staff are very helpful, friendly and proactive.
The office is clean, professional, and timely. Dr. Perez performs a more thorough physical than other physicians I have seen in FL. His exams are more comparable to those I receive in Houston at MD Anderson which is a very respected medical center.
