Very responsive and good listener
I am a Medicare patient and this practice billed for the Annual Wellness exam combined with an office visit which is illegal under Medicare guidelines and now they are threatening me with collections because Medicare denied their illegal billing practices.
I am so happy that I found this practice. They are all very caring, polite, patient and understanding. I absolutely love the atmosphere and the music they play every day. They feel welcome and not like a number, not a bother. Sara is my fave. She is such an amazingly caring sweetheart. She will go above and beyond to help you and show you how much you truly matter. I actually look forward to seeing her again. You can fully have faith and trust in this practice & Dr. Perez. God bless you all.
