Tuesday 1/62026 I was taken to the emergency room with excruciating pain @my left hip area by ambulance right away my nurse Eliana was very attentive to my needs and very compassionate also adam weaver came in asked me my pain level which by then it was 10 he right away ordered pain meds which was given to me @45 minutes after it could have been sooner due to my pain level probably the wait was due to the fact that the x-ray tech came in to take 2 hip x-rays aggravating my pain more I feel she could have been more real sympa... read more
Terrible communication from the NP. Was not listening to me & very assertive to the point it felt aggressive, felt like my concerns were not valid. In trying to advocate for myself, she made me feel like I was crazy for being tired of feeling sick & being concerned about new symptoms. First time I’ve ever left an office crying. Yes, I’m aware I was upset and that’s never a pleasant patient to deal with, but that was not appropriate from the NP at all.
