I was extremely worried about switching infusion centers after reading the reviews. I was worried about going from bad to worse. On my first infusion appointment today 12/20/23 Briante at the check-in desk was the perfect person to deal with if you want a warm yet professional welcome before you go in for treatment. Her kind and friendly demeanor started my visit off on the right foot. Tina was really great. She was extremely patient when it came to finding a vein to set me up for my IV. I have been getting infusions here for the last 5 years, some of the nurses are great but the service between the pharmacy and the front office makes this place unbearable. You can come in on time and have to wait up to an hour to get your infusion started but trust me if you are a single minute after the 15 minute grace period to get there they will automatically cancel your appointment and they won’t even reschedule. You have to call a separate office to get it done.
