U of F Dermatology Dept. referred me to Infectious Disease Dept. Initial discovery call/Telehealth resulted in a specific plan. After several weeks my information was invalidated and I was accused of causing my illness due to anxiety. At low-point I was totally dismissed. Wasted money, lost trust, and overall HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE due to incompetence, apathy, and zero accountability.
