Quite possibly the most unprofessional medical office I have ever dealt with. I have been trying to schedule a mammogram for more than 10 days. Every time I call, I'm told someone needs to call me back to make the appointment. Not once has anyone followed through. Despite repeatedly reaching out myself, I still haven't been able to get a simple appointment scheduled. The complete lack of communication and follow-up is unacceptable, especially when it involves an important preventive health screening.
Very disappointing. We waited over 1.5 hours just for an X-ray. The wait time was unacceptable, especially with only three patients waiting. At that pace, we started wondering if they were developing the X-rays by hand in the back... lol.
Checking in was easy, with seating which really helps me. The technician was informative as always.
Excelente service , drop in for X-rays and was everything done fast and efficiently
