I had a great experience at this location. Amy performed my ultrasound and she was great. She was very gentle, personable and explained to me exactly what she was doing. I cannot recommend her enough! Thank you, Amy!
Communication with this facility is horrible. UF Radiology is sitting in an order for brain MRI for eleven days without doing anything. My prescribing physician obtained the approval from the insurance for the procedure, and still I was unable to schedule the procedure through the UF Radiology web page, on-line. I was on the phone for more than 15 minutes and still unable to talk to any person, finally someone answered, but still could not schedule the appointment. Went to this location to get a mammogram in July 2025. And due to their inconclusive imaging there was a request submitted in for a new imaging to be done and my out of pocket expense for that would be approximately $450.00.
Arrived for appointment promptly checked in. Was taken back 15 minutes before appointment. Clean and friendly place.
