Shame on UF to allow staff to treat patients the way they do at the hematology office at the north campus. Office staff are very rude and unhelpful. The office manager Brittany needs some retraining as well as her office staff. Very unacceptable.
Called the office multiple times to have a script transferred from old insurance to new insurance. Was told its not their responsibility to handle that, it was mine. The new insurance requires a pre authorization from them in order to get filled. They told me I need to do it myself and laughed. Worst doctors office I've ever been to. Front office staff is horrible. Switching doctors to find an office that will actually care about the patients.
