I was held nearby in the locked unit 5 north pavilion and first 5 south pavilion and was held prisoner as an impatient in this horrible hospital. Tried to escape many times. Was held for 16 months, from October 28,2022 till something like May 2024. Horrible patient care. They will NEVER call you back. My grandfather has been seeing Dr Gharia, which I thought was a good doctor. After the last lab work, the office would not call us back about the results, even though my grandpa's hemoglobin was dropping to concerning levels, and he was feeling dizzy. I put out 3 requests for the Dr or NP to call us. Nothing. The operator says that the requests show open and read by the doctor, but they are ignored. I put out a request to speak to the office manager, and I was reassured t... read more

been coming here just a few months since my diagnosis and they are always so kind and helpful, everyone from the front desk to the actual doctors and nurses are so great.
