Do not take anything seriously, don’t return calls till it’s to late don’t communicate, don’t see the doctor at all for questions the nurse p can’t explain terrible
I never seen a dr office where you cant talk to anyone except a call center how can they help with questions they need to get it togather when a patient needs to talk to someone in the office cant get noone its a joke
Both my husband and I are patients with this group! We each see different Drs and are very happy with the entire staff!
I left 4 messages and stopped by the office twice for a follow up question about a test they wanted to schedule and no one ever called me back or would speak to me in person. Very unprofessional in my opinion.
Can't get anyone to answer the phone. The one time they did answer, they hung up on me. I've tried every extension and I've been promised a call back which never came.
