I see Dr. Pham and she is wonderful. I was initially going to spring hill until I got my diagnosis of Ulcerative Colitis and was referred to the IBD clinic. Truly they have been very helpful and happy when I have had to go to my appointments. With multiple medication changes it was difficult to stay positive, but they reassured me that normalcy is possible. EDIT: Another disappointing visit. The resident and attending were actually pretty pleasant. Didn't listen at all. Resident kept telling me over and over and over that I had seasonal allergies because I get hoarse, cough and have to clear my throat only right after I eat or drink anything. I replied, "Only when I eat or drink?" She said,"Yes, seasonal allergies." Enter attending and he insists now with the resident that I instead have rumination syndrome. (Look it up.) We were told to check this gastrointestinal clinic out but....by the reviews No thank you!!! I like the owners response about the medical staff being.trained professionals but dude all the complaints are about them not listening So OWNER, fix that part!!!

If I could give Ms Ianna James Cason APRN 0 stars I would. She came across as dismissive of his symptoms but charts like she provided compassionate care. She had an unexplainable, general sneer and repulsion to him when she walked in the patient room. Her dismissal resulted in a 53 day delay of care and her diagnosis of hemorrhoids (and use of Tucks pads) resulted in an advanced cancer diagnosis at colonoscopy. I've had diverticulitis for over 6 weeks and am on my second round of antibiotics and Jessica DiBianco still refuses to give me anything for pain, which is just inhumane. I can't take Nsaids and Tylenol isn't working so either I am going to have to get pain meds off the streets or start smoking pot again because I CAN'T TAKE THIS PAIN ANYMORE!!!!!!
