I have been going to this facility for years now they are very accommodating and polite. The only thing they really do not like is missed appointments. So DONT be late.

Today was my daughter’s first visit and I’m not happy on how it went. Not only was Dr. Cole rude, he was also dismissive. She will not be seeing Dr. Cole again!

Called to schedule an appointment and Shelia would not schedule an appointment because my Dr office did not have the information they wanted because I just moved here so they don’t have it. I had pat of my colon removed 6 months ago and complications have arisen. I needed to get in quick as possible and I’ve been waiting about a month for them to not schedule. I was told they didn’t even reach out because my doctors office didn’t respond.

Do better by your patients. My referral was denied and my child is very sick so when something happens to him from your negligence your going to be hearing from my attorney.

EDIT: Another disappointing visit. The resident and attending were actually pretty pleasant. Didn't listen at all. This was the first time I realized I was being gaslit by a doc. Resident kept telling me over and over and over that I had seasonal allergies because I get hoarse, cough and have to clear my throat only right after I eat or drink anything. I replied, "Only when I eat or drink?" She said,"Yes, seasonal allergies." Enter attending and he insists now with the resident that I instead have rumination syndrome. (Look ... read more
