This place is ridiculous. You wait weeks for a consultation, go in- and you are met with a PA who dismisses all your concerns. You get informed a colonoscopy is needed, wait for a call to get scheduled and they say next available is in 6 months!!! Do yourself a favor, go to Borland Grover. That’s what I did and got in and procedure completed all within 2 weeks.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Check-in process was efficient. Everyone took the time to address questions!
The whole organization should NEVER moved from Emerson St. The new staff is allGod awful except for , i think her name is Johana, she was the saving grace of this experience. The entire experience was a nightmare. Dr. N. Agr. needs to retire or get fired. Only concerned with herself, not her staff or patients. It is nothing like the long time staff at Emerson, who always made the visit a great one.
