Run away if you are part of the LGBTQ they will traumatize you. A nurse told me it was wrong to be gay and to pray to God the Dr did absolutely nothing about it. They (all of the Drs in there) also said I was not taking my medication and abruptly stopped me on a Benzo for my severe panic disorder because it did not show on a drug test. But ended up at Mayo Clinic ER with withdrawl turns out I metabolize it differently. This place accused me of selling it on the streets!!! Reading past medical history isnt Charlottes strong suit.... Or sending a referal to the appropriate location for medical attention. They assess you by how a computer tells them to, instead of thinking like a concerned doctor. Its all about money coming in here for them even if that means making people miserable and trading their symptoms for side effects.

If you request a appointment online for them to call you back and have a hispanic name they don't call you back but lawyer’s like places like this

I took a new patient to this location. And even though the patient was very difficult- Dr Rosada was an excellent listener and really wanted to help them. He asked the right questions and referred the patient for outside testing. He also helped with making sure the patient had the right medication, dosages etc and not just meds that don’t work or are not needed. I highly recommend this doctor.
