If I could give zero stars, I would. I scheduled an appointment expecting continuity of care, only to find out afterward—without any prior notice—that the provider was out-of-network. Not once during scheduling or check-in was this disclosed. I was billed after the fact for charges I never agreed to, then told those charges “would stand” following the practice’s own internal “review.” How convenient. This family medicine clinic is, without exaggeration, one of the most frustrating, disorganized, and unprofessional medical practices I’ve ever dealt with. I scheduled an appointment specifically for a physical, something they required, and even after showing up and going through all the motions, they still refused to authorize my prescriptions.
