I accidentally went to Springhill instead of Magnolia. The receptionist at Springhill noted my account that I went to their office. My GPS then took me to the wrong place. Even with this happening, I was there 20 minutes after my appointment time. I called while I was driving to the appointment, I was told they couldn't ask the doctor if being late was acceptable because she was in clinic. The physicians and staff here are excellent!
I love this office. Dr Burcsi always makes time to talk and explain things to me when I don’t understand.
Don’t bother trying to schedule. They’ll cancel your appointments move them around on you then tell you they won’t see you even if you’re having serious medical issues. Find another office.
