Good Lord. How many times will I have to do this? My daughter went in for a physical and saw Jesu Trias. A simple form completed so that she can play volleyball at school. Apparently, they couldn't give me the actual sports physical and said they would email it to me. I called and gave 2 separate emails, still received nothing. My recent experience at this practice was very disappointing. It was clear that the staff does not communicate effectively or work well together, which made the entire visit feel disorganized and unprofessional. I would not feel comfortable recommending this office to friends or family. My father has been a patient here for years, and the level of care used to be excellent. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Customer Service! I can’t say enough great things about Jasmine! She was absolutely awesome—so polite, patient, and understanding while I explained that I was out of town trying to make a medical appointment for my sister who lives there. Jasmine went above and beyond to help and managed to get my sister in next week instead of mid-November! Her kindness and professionalism truly made a stressful situation so much easier. Thank you, Jasmine, for your exceptional service and compassion!
Ms Queen at the receptionist is Amazing! The most kindest, caring and professional staff! Thanks a lot Queen! She deserves a raise! It makes all the difference in the world when you encounter such caring and courteous staff.
Had a great time with Chiara Wesley! She explained many different options for me and set up multiple different appointments for me in the future. She listened and cared. Very quick service and clean facility. Had a good time and felt good leaving.
