I am so surprised by these reviews, they must not be seeing Dr Yokitis! I have been seeing him a couple years now and appreciate him for many reasons! First- he is ALWAYS on time- I have never had to sit and wait! Next- if sick I have always been able to get in same day, maybe not with him but with a PA or RN, huge plus. Next- he never makes me feel rushed, listens, and gives great care. I don’t want him to get so busy that this changes by posting a nice review but the truth is, he is awesome! I don't understand all these bad reviews - my mom has been going to UF Kernan Family Medical for a decade now. And for last few years I have been going with her (dementia). I can tell you that Dr Yokitis is caring, patienr, and on point with his diagnoses. He does it with such care and respect, talking to HER and not just talking to me about her. Good Lord. How many times will I have to do this? My daughter went in for a physical and saw Jesu Trias. A simple form completed so that she can play volleyball at school. Apparently, they couldn't give me the actual sports physical and said they would email it to me. I called and gave 2 separate emails, still received nothing. So I had to take time off work and drive to the office .In addition, I asked for acne cream for my daughters severe acne. Walgreens says they need additional information for the doctor. My recent experience at this practice was very disappointing. It was clear that the staff does not communicate effectively or work well together, which made the entire visit feel disorganized and unprofessional. I would not feel comfortable recommending this office to friends or family. My father has been a patient here for years, and the level of care used to be excellent.
