Edit- it took a while but got things taken care of, I also was able to get an important medine refill from them which was very appropriated Nice people, but I went in with a broken foot to get some work paperwork filled out. When the time came to go back to work, I was told my note wouldn't be accepted because I needed full duty, no big deal, Dr.Bhat sent over the second note, and it still apparently wasn't accepted because of wording, so I asked for one last generic return to work note, and she flat out refused. Nice people, but I went in with a broken foot to get some work paperwork filled out. I Absolutely love Dr. Martinez Cruz . She has been my children’s primary care physician since the womb. In which has been almost 8 years !! Currently her front desk staff at the UF Health Elizabeth Means Center has their days , some days the staff is great , but today upon checking one of my children in for an appointment , I was given a facial expression as if I shouldn’t be at the front desk and that I’m bothering them.
