Why do I have to wait 2 hours to get through to someone and then hung up on when I finally do 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬. They could have called me back
DO NOT GO HERE!! They failed at every aspect of healthcare. The doc never remembers my name or anything about my condition. They do not listen to patients needs, force me to use settings on my insulin pump that I hate, and do not care for me. They took over two weeks to get a simple prescription correct meanwhile I just about ran out of insulin. This place is the worst endocrinologist practice I’ve ever seen. NEVER GO HERE
If you have other medical issue with ptsd and triggers and can’t drive don’t come here I have my roommate that helps me with everything show up tan minutes before my appointment and they bring us back and we talked with the nurse and she leaves 30 minutes go by and nothing we start to get up to leave due to no one showing up and a student pops in and start with question not related to the appointment and doctor Joe M Chehade Was Rude also just trying to figure out what wrong with my thyroid and he rather be flirting with the... read more
I am giving two stars because I want to suggest Dr. Kent Weihmeier but don’t suggest the staff. Calls always take a long time. Orders are never sent on time and always have to check multiple times. My bill was sent to collection one time without any notice even though I scheduled the payment. In overall, the staff is unprofessional, untrained and slow. Suggest the doctor but people around (front desk, billing) make the whole experience just terrible.
