Ridiculous wait time and poor care. We arrived a little before 3pm and there was only one other person in the waiting room. We were seen quickly, but then left alone in the room for hours at a time. When the doctor finally saw us, she spent less than 5 minutes with us, said we could be discharged, then left us alone in the room again and didn’t submit the discharge papers for another hour and a half until we had to beg to be released. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy!!!
This was the best experience I've ever had in an emergency room and unfortunately I've been in quite a few. The doctors, nurses, and technicians were sympathetic , professional, and thorough. I got solid answers and complete testing including blood and urine, xrays and a catscan and a 2nd follow up catscan with contrast when something unexpected showed up. They gave me immediate solutions, and referrals
Be prepared for a surprise $6,000 bill for Tylenol. My wife and I came in about a month ago for pregnancy pains and they did absolutely nothing but give her Tylenol and then proceeded to send us a bill for $6,000. Not once did someone explain the cost of services to us as required by law. Mind you, this is with insurance too. Absolutely ridiculous.
