I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy!!!
This was the best experience I've ever had in an emergency room and unfortunately I've been in quite a few. The doctors, nurses, and technicians were sympathetic , professional, and thorough. I got solid answers and complete testing including blood and urine, xrays and a catscan and a 2nd follow up catscan with contrast when something unexpected showed up. They gave me immediate solutions, and referrals
Be prepared for a surprise $6,000 bill for Tylenol. My wife and I came in about a month ago for pregnancy pains and they did absolutely nothing but give her Tylenol and then proceeded to send us a bill for $6,000. Not once did someone explain the cost of services to us as required by law. Mind you, this is with insurance too. Absolutely ridiculous.
I'm highly disappointed in this establishment. I checked myself into the ER 5/13/25 and didn't get seen until almost 2 in the morning 5/14/25. I was prescribed an antibiotic and pain killer. My pharmacy received an electronic script for my antibiotic but not for the pain killer. I called the ER the same day on 5/14/25 and the representative stated she would have someone call me back. NO ONE CALLED ME BACK. I'm in excruciating pain and have to take ibuprofen and Tylenol every 4 hours. My left ear is infected and so swollen th... read more
