Trying to get an issue looked at for my partner. When I spoke to the receptionist on the phone, she was adamant that self pay and self referral was not allowed. When I asked her to double check with the doctor she said that she was absolutely sure that the doctor did not want self pay clients.
Absolutely absurd. I’ve been trying to get an appt with this facility for 2 months and every time I get in touch with someone they give me another reason they can’t schedule me yet. What a joke of a facility. Beyond fed up.
My wife was treated at the shands ENT clinic and everyone we have seen has been fantastic!
Unbelievable! Compassionate, friendly and professional.
Everyone was awesome from check in to check out. Doctors both listened and explained everything.
