Greeted right away and service was good. Kind staff. But people bringing ALL their children? Eating food (food wrappers all over the floor) bare dirty feet all over where people sit on the furniture. Not sitting with parents but all over the waiting room. Ugly sight. Staff did nothing. All their phones so loud and making those in waiting room uncomfortable. I'm not an older person, but this made the whole wait horrible. You want photos? Just message me staff/owners. This isn't daycare!
MEG Scan started earlier.
My daughter had an appointment for the MEG. The team was polite, helpful and informative!
Arrived 45 minutes before appointment. Still here in waiting room 30 minutes after appointment time and have not been seen. Patient who was given specific med for scan should have been seen on time.
