I was kept very comfortable throughout the entire procedure. My original appointment was for June, I went on a cancellation list and I was seen twice in the same week. I am very pleased with the customer service here.
The front desk person was extremely nice, welcoming and has a personality that allows her to interact public in a positive manner. She called me ma'am! Both the dentist and hygienist were thorough, efficient, professional and friendly. I felt that UF Health Dentistry has current equipment (I had full x-rays today). I'll be back in April for a cleaning.
The experience from the front desk, the nurses and the doctor was very nice and gentle with me, I came with a huge pain in my molar, they treatment was excellent and knowledgeable and approachable.

The front desk staff and dental technicians were excellent—warm, patient, genuine, and respectful throughout my visit. My experience reflects care for a veteran who needs a slower pace and occasional assistance when making significant medical decisions. The office accepted my referral, conducted a full exam, and performed extensive imaging.
