My senior Uncle went here to get a new Primary care doctor, get blood work, and be referred to a Urologist (prostate cancer survivor need to be seriously monitored) Dr Attia referral staff called him to set up The Urologist, turned out to be a general nurse practitioner to monitor his prior prostate cancer. Also my Uncle was to have blood test which Included HIV (aids). Me and my family NEVER heard of such a medical practice. HORRIBLE! Do not even try to book with any of the doctors. I have seen three doctors myself (Attia, Isache, & Masri). They have the WORST staff. It is poorly organized. You call and no one ever calls back. I had pain and was seen beginning of the week. After my visit, for a whole a week, I called everyday of the week in the morning, and nooooo one would care to call back. I had to keep calling until they finally sent my antibiotics on a friday!!! Going on 4 months pregnant and still have yet to see a doctor - two appointments of being rejected because the office has YET to send the referral even though the office stated they have sent it! I show up to the two appointments and they turn me away due to no approval from the insurance company. This is beyond unacceptable and considering a have pre-existing issues this is also MALPRACTICE!
